Shipping & Delivery

MeterBoxFix aims to keep delivery simple. UK delivery is free, and this page explains the normal dispatch and delivery timings for orders.

Free UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on MeterBoxFix orders. No standard UK delivery charge is added to the order.

Dispatch times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.

Delivery times

After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Weekends and bank holidays

Dispatch normally takes place on working days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally be processed from the next working day, which may extend dispatch or delivery times.

Tracking

Not every order will include end-to-end tracking. If tracking information is available for your order, it will be provided where possible.

Delayed orders

Occasional postal delays can happen. If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact Sales@meterboxfix.co.uk with your name and order number or purchase reference.

Lost or missing orders

If your order appears to be lost or has still not arrived after a reasonable period, contact Sales@meterboxfix.co.uk. Please include your name and order number or purchase reference so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Delivery address accuracy

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
